bedjl Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully all rules, rights and responsibilities that apply to every user before using this platform.

1. General Information and Acceptance

bedjl ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bedjl website, mobile version and all other services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bedjl. By accessing the platform, opening an account or using any service you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bedjl's services. The Bengali version of these Terms is effective alongside any English or other language version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

bedjl's services are for persons aged 21 or above only. When creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Allowing minors to gamble is strictly prohibited.

2.2 User Eligibility

You are not eligible to use bedjl if you do not meet the following conditions:

  • You are under 21 years of age.
  • You reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
  • You have previously been banned or excluded from bedjl.
  • You are enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
  • You are an employee of bedjl or a close relative of an employee.

bedjl reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age at any time. An account may be restricted until identity is confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with bedjl you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and all balances being forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) fully confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs or your password is lost, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account unless you have notified us of suspicious activity in a timely manner.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal details change (such as address, phone number or payment method) please update your profile as soon as possible. bedjl is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount at bedjl is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are:

  • bKash — Mobile banking
  • Nagad — Digital wallet
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla mobile banking
  • Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfer

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact us via live chat.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Processing time may increase if identity verification is required.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.
  • Identity verification documents (national ID or passport) may be required for the first withdrawal.
  • bedjl reserves the right to verify withdrawals to prevent money laundering.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The applicable exchange rate for foreign currency conversions will be displayed at the time of processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. A specified minimum deposit amount is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a 25x wagering requirement. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds.

For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000 you must place ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses are only usable within a specified time period and will be cancelled upon expiry.
  • It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one bonus is already active.
  • Using multiple accounts or technical methods to exploit bonuses for gambling purposes will result in account cancellation.

  • bedjl reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on bedjl has its own rules, which are detailed in the game interface. You are advised to read the rules of the relevant game carefully before playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes an issue with a game result, bedjl reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. bedjl is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Finality of Results

Game results are determined according to server logs. The server log will always be considered final over any result displayed on the client device.

6.4 Betting Limits

bedjl reserves the right to set maximum and minimum betting limits for each game and user. These limits may change at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Providing false information to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware or any other technical means.
  • Collusion or manipulating game results in cooperation with other players.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Operating games with the help of bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
  • Harassing, intimidating or using inappropriate language toward other users.

8. Account Closure and Restrictions

8.1 bedjl's Authority

bedjl reserves the right to close, temporarily suspend or restrict any account without prior notice, particularly if:

  • The user violates these terms and conditions.
  • The user fails to cooperate with the identity verification process.
  • Fraud or manipulation is suspected.
  • Account closure is required for regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You are advised to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

  • Service interruptions arising from unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).
  • Financial losses caused by the user's own errors.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify bedjl, its officers, employees and partners against any third-party claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the platform.

10.3 Applicable Law

The relevant legal framework will be followed in interpreting and applying these Terms. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.

11. Changes to Terms

bedjl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

If you continue using the platform after the updated terms are published, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to the revised terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.
